Location

The Festival is held at the Grand International in Minot, ND, located at 1505 N. Broadway (Highway 83 North). The Grand International has a coffee shop, dining room, lounge, indoor pool, and recreation area.

A block of rooms has been reserved for Festival participants at a special rate of $60.00 per room per night. Please contact the Grand International at 1-800-735-4493 or 701-852-3161 for reservations. Please request special quilter's rate.

Registration and Fee Information

Class fees are listed with the class descriptions and on the registration form. If there is a kit fee or pattern fee for a class, this will be collected by your classroom assistant or instructor during class.

There is a $15.00 nonrefundable registration fee. Your registration fee must accompany your registration form. Only one registrant per form please. If you register more than one person per form, we will have to return your form, which could delay your registration. Registrations will only be accepted by mail. Please pay special attention to our registration deadlines.

As our way of saying THANK YOU for registering, we offer you our festival souvenir gift to the first 300 registrants, complimentary "Tea Room", eligibility in the door prize drawings (at meals and in classes), and entrance into the Prairie Quilt Show and Merchant's Mall.

DO NOT send in your registration before January 15, 2010. Registrations postmarked prior to this date will be returned. Classes and lectures will be filled on a first come basis. Registrations will be accepted until the start of Festival. Class size is limited to a maximum of 20 students, so please list your class choices in order of preference (i.e., 1st, 2nd, etc.) This is per day and per time slot. Please pay for your 1st choices only. If your class choices are not available your class fees will be refunded. Register early for best choice of classes!!

There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 1, 2010. Cancellations prior to March 1st will receive a refund less the required $15.00 nonrefundable registration fee.

Make checks payable to Minot Prairie Quilt Festival in US funds only. If you are entering a quilt in the quilt show, please send a separate entry fee of $3.00 for the Quilt Show entry. Please be sure to include your phone number on all entry forms. Sorry, we are unable to accept credit cards.
